B2 - Gastrocompact Counter

Description:
The B2 is a space-saving undercounter offering a large capacity in a small footprint. Its extra-large door provides easy access to a huge interior, cleverly sized to hold different types of Gastronom pans (one GN 2/1, or two GN 1/1 pans in crosswise insertion). A bakery kit for 600x400 mm pans is available as option. Practical and performant: the built-in monoblock cooling system is easily removable for quicker service and effortless maintenance. The powerful motor fans ensure a good air flow and temperature distribution.
